Getting to the point, I'm looking to apply to a sales role at Google ads and am trying to get a referral from an employee there before I reach out to a recruiter.
For my history, I've done telesales fundraising for my college, worked as a licenses mortgage banker, and I currently own and operate a photography business, all before the age of 25. And for college, I've graduated from The University of Michigan/Ross School of Business.
I think I already have a good chance, I've had recruiters reach out to me in the past about a role here, but I really want to maximize my chances of getting hired here; I really need this job.
