Looking to quit my job without breaching contract, but I will if I have to

So I was recently offered a job in Ohio. I live in Georgia. In my current role, I serve as an independent contractor. In my contract, it says that if I want to quit, I need to give 30 days notice, but a 30 day notice would push back my start date for the new job. I don’t really want to stay at this company for 30 more days. Here’s the thing, there are no stated penalties in my contract for not giving a 30 day notice. I am more than capable of giving a 2 week notice, even a 3 week notice. But 30 days is too much. I would like to leave on good terms and not burn bridges. Georgia is an at will state, meaning I can quit at any time for any or no reason at all. Can I just put in a two week notice…
