Hey guys long story short and I'm lost in life, about to be 24 and I went to trade school for diesel mechanics but I found out that I was in it for the money but every job here is the same and toxic culture/ favoritism. starting to feel that this was not my destined career. Has anyone else experienced this or have any advice.
