Looking for some advice for my brother. Hes a construction worker in Alabama and recently lost a $2,600 tool. Either someone stole it or it fell off the back of his truck. In response to this, his boss demanded he work 10 weekends for free. Im no lawyer, but this sounds illegal as fuck. My brother doesn't want to quit the job, which was my advice. So I'm trying to find some alternative solution that doesn't involve him getting fired.
