I work for a major company that's almost a house hold name, we get paid decently my biggest complaint is we have refferal program the pays really well when it pays they find every excuse not to give you the bonuses. This time I got it in writing everything was good and I'd receive my bonus . That was 1 1/2 months ago I am at the point I want to file a wage theft claim but don't want to rock the boat. I have all the documentation for the refferal bonus and them agreeing what should I do I asked them today but they gave me the run around again.
