I love what I do and the people I work with. Pay is exceptional and coworkers are a great team. My skills are utilized well and I feel accomplished when a goal is met.
But I feel my employer is making decisions for the business that make me uncomfortable ethically.
Nothing illegal or harmful to people, but the choices made are impacting the level of quality and service drastically. It’s not the same business I joined a few years ago.
Each time I voice my concerns I get thrown more money and they hire more people to divide my work. I can’t get them to understand that my feelings don’t stem from stress or being overworked/under appreciated. My heart is hurting.
It is not possible for me to find similar work elsewhere, I will have to make some major changes and change industries to find other work, likely for less money.
