I just received my fifth “thanks, but we’ve gone a different direction” emails. Many more simply never responded. I interview well and every time I get a second or third interview. What gives? Shouldn’t I be getting an offer here or there? It should not be this competitive if the unemployment rate is accurate. Anyone else experiencing this?
