900 people on the call (obviously with everyones mic force muted so we cant ask questions), they start it off saying how much they value our feedback. Than they spin it in a way that made it sound like employees were requesting to come back, no one I've worked with in the last few years feels this way. A ton of people don't even live close to the call centers anymore since we were promised a fully remote position. Everyone is upset, everyone is angry and we can't do anything about it because we have no union. People are having to quit because they needed the flexibility of wfh.
Please spread this story and encourage people to boycott Macy's until this is fixed and they start treating employees with respect
