Are the people themselves. When pushed, “we” turn into “I”. People will complain about wrong work culture and then they go and order off amazon. Its nice to have comfort, but moment you have comfort on expense of somebody else (usually minorities who are exploited the most), youre no better than the man.
And its simple really
1) unionize
2) boycott shitty employers
3) push legislators to change work laws.
Lets be realistic. Everyone will have to work based on their skills and recieve based on their needs only if people all band up together. Not try to play this rigged system, but changing it instead.
