Regular work week is 40 hours but we need to take Labor Day off on Monday as it’s a federal holiday. So, we have to work 10 hour days on Tuesday – Friday to make up for it without additional holiday pay. That’s even more exhausting! When I say I can’t do those hours boss gets upset. This happens at every holiday and I’m sick of it. Literally missing the point of the holiday.
