Management doesn’t like the number of bathroom breaks I take. They won’t take “I have IBS” as an answer

Just as the title says (Sorry for the possibly gross topic and TMI) and not much more to add. Literally showed them the papers saying I have the syndrome and still are frustrated with me needing to use the bathroom slightly more than the average person. Taking this to HR tomorrow
