So this happened… My company forced everyone back to the office. They also introduces an open office concept that we all hate. Only the managers have their own single offices.
Shortly after that they sent a satisfaction survey to all employees. As people are quite mad at the moment, the survey showed an extremely low satisfaction/happiness rate.
This was presented today and the management concluded that “the low results are due to the fact that people worked from home for so long that they got disconnected”.
I have no words.
