mostly venting rn bc my job just cut hours without any warning which screwed over the entire evening shift. now that a bunch of us are leaving for better pay/hours or bc we’re fed up with management mistreating the staff, “annual pay review” time comes up & the company miraculously found the money for most of the staff at our location to get a $2-3 raise, particularly the ppl leaving. its honestly insulting bc when i asked why we couldn’t get paid more not even a month ago, i was told the company couldnt afford it & that our wages (around $13/hour) were perfectly adequate for the work we were doing
