Hi! So I work at Baco Tell and yesterday while working, my probably new GM was telling another manager that me and a friend of mine need to be told to actually leave on time because we got overtime. I keep my clock out sheets every week and I not once have gotten overtime here. Though, overhearing this, he said that only managers are allowed overtime, not regular employees. Doesn't make since at all since I used to work at another fast food place and made insane OT as a crew member. Read our policy handbook and it says nothing about that. So I'm confused about it as well why that's the case unless he's making shit up and they don't want to pay more or etc.
(Trust me I'm possibly looking for a new job at this point cause the new soon to be GM uses the worst negative reinforcement and makes a lot of empty promises and etc. Literally brags about being a dick to his employees)
