The new GM at the restaurant I work with told two servers I work with that “I have one job and i can’t do it right” and that he wants to kick me down the stairs. He said this because he saw me sitting in our wait station because I was waiting for the same servers to be done talking to tables because I had to ask them about a large party, they get done I ask them while he’s standing there staring at me and go back to the host stand and he tells them what I stated earlier. Both servers he told came up to me and told me the same exact thing so I know it isn’t made up, what do I do in th is situation? I don’t even feel safe around him.
I am 17 and he has a full head of white hair so I’m assuming much much older than me.
