Obviously by the title I work in retail at a furniture store. We get 40-50% off furniture, depending on if the manufacturer controls pricing.
My manager charged me 50 percent off the fake $xxxx.99 price tag that retailers display to make people think they’re getting a deal before the real advertised price. In total he charged me $2,000 more than what I should have paid. If I walked into another location, I would have paid less for my furniture.
He was promoted a month ago and I was finally able to get my new manager to review the order for my refund.
This is the last straw of my employment at this place. I’m not sure if it’s worth reporting him as the company overall is terrible and I doubt any agency would deal with something like this.
