Manager forcing me to go into work with a sprained leg and torn ligament + Lied about job being remote

i work as a business analyst for a utility company, all my work is done on the computer. the position was advertised as “remote” and in the interview they said it would at best be “hybrid” if covid gets better. On my first day they told me I have to come in 5 days a week. I was extremely upset because I wouldn’t have accepted the offer if I had known and I had better offers that I rejected for this because they were in person but i let it go. Over the past couple of weeks I had covid and had to WFH for a week and I also had an accident where I sprained my foot and tore my ligament.
