Manager got mad that he scheduled me outside my availability, and I pointed it out to him…

Alright, storytime. This guy (we'll call him C) has a history of getting pissed off because HE messes up the schedule and people's availability. This particular time, a different manager (manager A) had been doing the schedules for a couple of months and was following my availability with no issues. Before, over the summer months, manager C was doing schedules and started refusing to schedule me for busier shifts (this being a server job so being busy is KEY to making more money, because more people eating means more tables turnedeans more tips). He claimed the reason for this was those busy shifts were taken up by people usually in school. It's still a mystery to me why they couldn't just stay on the same shifts as when they're in school??? Also I feel that adults who use their job to actually pay bills and live off their paycheck should…

Also I feel that adults who use their job to actually pay bills and live off their paycheck should get busier shifts vs high school students who still live at home.

Regardless. All of this basically forced me to get a second job in order to pay bills etc. This second job is in the morning, 3 weekdays, leaving nights (which was ALL I WAS SCHEDULED FOR ANYWAY ALL SUMMER) and weekends for my server job. So just in case, I changed my availability at server job to reflect this. I'm supposed to have 2 days off completely from there (Tues and Wed) and not supposed to go in before 4 on Thur and Fri, then open availability on the weekends and Monday afternoons off (this is due to Monday being one of the very few days my gf and I both have time off together).

Suddenly last week, I get scheduled on a Tuesday, and on a Friday, starting at 2pm. I go to talk to manager C about this the day the schedule came out (which is what we've been told to do if something is wrong with our schedule). He immediately gets mad at me for pointing out the issues, stomping around the office, saying I'm being very rude how I'm talking to him etc. Saying he can't be expected to remember everyone's availability (uh isn't that your JOB as the scheduling manager??), asking when my availability “changed” and “who approved it” when it's been like this almost 3 months… Going so far as to say it's fine if I get a second job but I need to put THIS job first and work that availability around this one. When I pointed out I can't wait for his schedule and then change mine at the second job EVERY WEEK (which it fel like that's what he was implying) he just got super huffy. Which is kind of hilarious because that's basically what I originally did, as I was ONLY being scheduled on nights. The whole interaction was very off putting and I kind of wish I could quit that job but… I need the tips it brings in.

Sorry for long post just… I don't know what to do. People who have been there longer than me say reporting his behavior to the GM will get nothing done
