I'm currently looking for other opportunities, but I want to make it clear to him that he cant be complaining after what he did to the whole team. Edit: Web dev field, they got a big client boarding soon, so he needs all the man power he could get. and let me tell you something, we're short staffed as fuck. So I dont know how he thinks his email is a good idea.
