So I work at a restaurant chain and my manager keeps all credit card tips. IF (and that’s a big if) we make any cash tips, we get to keep it. I have only made one dollar in tips since I started here almost one month ago. The majority of tips are credit card tips, which my manager keeps all of. Is this legal? What can I do? My starting pay is $9/hr. I could really use some of this money.
