Manager made me work after clocking out as punishment for a long break

So I work in food service. The breaks are 10 minutes and I took 15 minutes for a break. After returning, my manager said “did you take a lunch?” I said “no”. She said “it looks like you took a lunch.” Then she had me clock out, go back to work, and clock in 30 minutes later. I know this is a violation of labor laws. Because of other problems with a hostile coworker, my general manager wants to speak with me. I plant to let her know what happened and see how she responds, then send a follow up email to HR. I also considered contacting HR or the labor board directly without speaking to the GM.

I honestly don’t care if I lose my job over this, her actions are putting other coworkers at risk of losing their job by simply following orders.

Any advice or suggestions as to how to approach this situation??
