I work every other weekend but requested October 1 and 2 off almost a month ago. I even discussed that I am willing to trade those two days, for this Thursday and the following Tuesday. When I inquired about it, he told me it would be dependent upon my performance if it’s going to be approved. I felt like that was weird, because guys are constantly trading days or working extra days. Why’s a condition being put on an off time request?
We are one day away and he has yet to approve it. I’m not sure what to say.
