Recently I've been working with shift smart. The manager at the store in my town doesn't like me. Today I came in for a job and asked if he had a code. He said he doesn't have a code and he told his “supervisor” he doesn't want me there at all. Isn't this a breach of contract? Before there was a lady he reported to who always gave me work to do and the contract is with the company, not the store manager.
