Manager wants induction completed way too early

I’ve recently started working at a new job . Induction for new starters is supposed to take a total of 12 weeks as mentioned in the contract I signed and company policy. After two weeks there, the manager gave me an induction booklet to complete, around 30-40 pages, and wanted it done in two days. I completed a few sections which I’d been trained on and left the rest blank. I emailed to let him know that I’d complete the rest of it once my training was finished, since I did not know some of the content required. I did not get a response to this email. The manager however, recently texted in the WhatsApp group chat that all new starters should complete their induction paperwork in the next 3 days. If not completed by the deadline, we would all be taken off shift. Now I’ve been here a total…

There are starters who started 3 weeks ago and this is expected of them too. I am so frustrated and I really don’t know what to do ughhhhhhhhhhhhh.
