So at my work we have like a table top with a sink and underneath the sink is an electric boiler.
The drain pipe from the sink is leaking like really bad ( now it pours out like 30/40% of the water). I tried to fix it, but the rubber is so worn out, that you would have to replace is.
We said this multiple times to our manager, but the only things she said was “it’s noted” and “we'll work on it”
But we have this problem for more than half a year.
She just won't listen to us. It is an electric boiler so i think it could be dangerous. And by all the water that goes on the boiler, it is going to rust, so they will have to replace is eventually because of it.
We also have like a hanging outlet and we work with a lot of water, so if maybe we knock over a bucket with water and it comes to the outlet, we are fucked.
But i guess our safety is not important for her.
Not that we even get a lot of appreciation at work.
You are really lucky to get a compliment like “good job”.
They never show any appreciation to us
Just give us a shit pay and shitty workplace
Luckily i am out of there soon, but my colleague unfortunately not or are not going to
So how can i fix this for them so they will have a less shitty work place?
