Last year the manager suggested I move to a new role, and convinced me there would be better money in it.
There definitely was not
In fact my new role is 50% longer and at least half pay.
After applying for a move back to my old position my managers have been ghosting me for months.
It's part time work, but the old job makes more money, which I very clearly explained in my interview.
Their only responses since have been to hold off until we can discuss my motivation more.

It has become a toxic workplace in general, so I'm not surprised.
