Managers want me to stay after I’m suppose to be clocked out

So i work in a department in a small grocery store, in a small town. Basically ive been 30 to 20 to 50 minutes past my clock out time. To hear them say “you cant leave until its done” is dumb and intrusive to me. For one its just groceries, for two i have stuff to do at home, i have a sleep schedule ill like to keep. So recently regardless of how it looks ive been clocking out at my prescribed time. I signed up to work this schedule and not a minute over.One manager of the group likes to walk into the breakroom during my break (im never over my allotted time) and talk to me about work. As well as when im in the bathroom he likes to come in do his buisness, wash his hands and just hang out until he hears me getting up and…
