Mandatory training which can be clicked through at your own pace, but requires a minimum time spent to record as completed.

Completed training and passed exam in 1/3 of mandated time. Cannot click out of training, cannot go back and review content, just have to sit here for another hour and ten minutes, occasionally moving my cursor.
