Looking for advice from anyone in the UK that might know if there are any laws regarding my workplace making their new app mandatory. It started as an incentive driven app, points for positive performance/H&S but some of the new ideas they will be implementing in the coming months could have a negative effect on teams and aren't points driven. Only about 25% of us have downloaded it, but it's going to be mandatory from the end of the month.
