Like I’m some 5 year kid being disruptive in class. I go In to the office 5 days a week for 8 hours. Why exactly is it a bad thing to socialize? This was after they said that I am really good and effecient at getting my work done. I think if I was a man or white, they probably wouldn’t have said anything of that nature. They probably would’ve said I’m a “great collaborator” or “a good team player”. also, am I not supposed to talk to the people I work with? I don’t think I’ll be working there beyond a year.
