Is this ok?

I have a friend who has a decent following on TikTok (100k~ish) but works full time as a software dev. Recently on one of their monthly staff meetings, the dept head decided to bring up one of the TikTok videos to play for the entire department, despite my friend asking him not to do that. The TikTok account is public and there’s not anything controversial, just them doing some goofy harmless stuff. But still, friend says they felt embarrassed. Any advice?
