I am currently applying for jobs and it is beyond maddening. I’ve worked as an executive assistant and now I’m trying to go up a level to manage staff. Unfortunately every job listing wants a masters degree. A masters degree to do what? Make appointments and book flights? It makes no sense! Furthermore, the salaries are shit. They want a masters degree and six years of management experience so they can pay you 45k. What is this lunacy??? Whoever writes these job postings is seriously deluded.
