I have no idea what to do now and I could really use some advice. My job coach just called me, I was apparently scheduled for yesterday but I was not told this. I had called on Saturday to get my schedule and to see where they'det me go for medical assistance (took hours but they did let me know) the supervisor gave me the wrong schedule and hr is upset with me now for missing my shift “no call no show” and a coworker exaggerated what I said so I may be getting written up. The coworker was talking about how poorly we're treated and I had said “yeah they wanted me to clean mold. Be a shame if someone told the health department” so NOW I also have hr on me for “threatening to call the health department” but… I'm not certified to clean mold. What do they expect?
I am so sick of everything, my coworkers talk about illegal substances and that's fine but not me making a joke. Then my supervisor also told me my work wasn't useful and she told me one coworker is an alcoholic who got fired. I have a meeting on Wednesday and I'm so worried I'm going to be fired or written up. I've been here for a month and really am trying but it's like I'm being set up.
