Seen a lot of posts regarding the ignorance of management putting up memos to employees about ludicrous policies and other stupid shit.
Maybe it's time we come up with a set of signs we can post to explain workers rights and so forth to our fellow employees in an anonymous fashion. Perhaps a definition of availability and professional decorum (not asking you to prove you went to a funeral for instance). seems like post like this could be removed by management only to be replaced by someone else later in the day.
In the end resistance is futile management will bow to the demands of the worker once it is clear to the manager that the worker is no longer cow towing to his every whim.
