I live in a out-skirting neighborhood to a pretty decent sized city.. yesterday i noticed signs up in front of the mcdonald’s by my house that said starting pay was at $13/hr.
On my way to work, I passed another mcdonald’s (this one more inner city) that had signs up advertising starting pay at $11 per hour.. Mind you, this mcdonald’s is maybe 15-20 minutes from the one paying $2 more… Both within the same city limits. Is this like a new managerial decision that corporate doesn’t handle? Can the wages be selected an individual restaurant level.. i’m curious?
