Antiwork help me draft a letter to my employer!
Me and the other hourly employees have gotten together and wanted to ask for a raise becasue gas is stupid high and inflation is out of control, so we are basically working for work's sake, i barely have a net positive after accounting monthly expenses.
How would you start a letter like that or how would it be the most impactful?
