Meal and Rest Breaks Not Required Everywhere

I saw a prior post where everyone said they were required. I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but meal or rest breaks are not required by federal law. 19 states do have separate requirements. (There are some exceptions such as breastfeeding or if you are under 18, but generally there aren’t any requirements).
