Hi! Mostly I see posts about shitty bosses on r/antiwork, but the sub appears to be about ending work, and I was wondering – is the goal to get all of us, globally, free from working? So, we would have self-sufficient homes, and A.I. and robots to do all tasks we don't want to do ourselves? If so, cool!
I am a college instructor, and with 18 years left to retirement, and I wonder – will A.I. replace me before I can retire? I feel like it is close. And, are we looking at maybe 100 years before even the most specialized doctors and scientists are also replaced?
Should we be instructing students on how to live off the land? How do we get to “antiwork”?
