my five coworkers and I had our first ever meet and great with the owners today and while everyone is praising, giving thanks and (probably faking) giving their love for the position we have.. I was the odd ball out and gave my (dry) honest opinion. I appreciate my job, it’s just not what I was expecting. It’s not what it was summed up to be. We receive micromanaging on a daily basis (I do not appreciate). How do I come back from this?
