Meeting with Director…

I've had two concerning meetings with my manager recently. Advice unclear, confusing direction and critique. All in all a mess but today my manager passive aggressively accused me of theft of company time which I don't take lightly. I reached out to my director for a meeting to clarify things as I don't trust my manager any longer. I have a reason for the accusation and have been told numerous times by my own director that they don't care about breaks, as long as work gets done and mine is. I was debating on telling my director about the accusation initially but I think I will as it's concerning enough that someone would jump to THAT and I had to be forced to explain why (medical reasons) and apparently that wasn't good enough… I'm just still fuming and not sure how to word this all professionally. I'm just still fuming and not sure how to word this all professionally. I know the rest of my team complains about my manager all for various reasons so there's a cause for concern. I'm excited to talk to my director but also nervous…
