So I have a meeting with supervisors in a few weeks. I’ve been quietly quitting for the past year. I feel unmotivated, jaded, and just don’t care about my job anymore.

I’ve been in my industry for 13 years and have always been a “go getter”. Flexible, accommodating, pleasant to be around. But I’ve been burnt by corporate politics and am now burnt out.

I’m part of a union so in a way, I feel protected. I’d really have to f things up to get let go.

So my question, should I be honest and tell them that basically… coming into work makes me depressed? That I used to be motivated but this is the first company I’ve been with where I don’t feel any support from management? Or will that just come back to bite me in the *ss?
