They literally keep sending constant messages to makes sure you're at your desk . They hide behind the fact that they are just checking on you and asking how your day is going. I call bullcrap. This is micromanagement!!! Don't keep sending messages asking how is it going multiple times in a day. How would one even focus!!!!
