We've been short staffed for a few years as the company won't pay a decent wage to keep people, and I have been covering the jobs from 2 departments on top of my own work for about 4 years, and to top it off I've been “awarded” a pay rise equivalent to £15 per month excluding tax/insurance. And they wonder why people leave.
