More work, harder work, less money?

My supervisor contacted me today on my day off. Theo people are quitting in the next two weeks, and another to follow. I currently work 4×10, 11a-930p weekends off. My supervisor wants me to work 5×8 8a-530p. Same same, right? Nope. I currently get about $200 extra a pay period for shift differential. The 5×8 would lose that. Also instead of three people on shift, it's me and maybe a part timer. I'm forgoing a meeting in favor of an email. I am either offering a 5×10, with an extra 10$ an hour on top of OT, or I am not changing. If they really want to get froggy I will take my VA doctors advice and file for FMLA and take 6 months off as this job is exacerbating my military disabilities. No advice needed, just letting y'all know they need us. We don't need the bosses.
