Most desired benefits

Background/Context: we're a US data firm with about 200 employees. Workforce is fully remote for the most part with no way to go back to in-person work (we're spread across the country). After a number of years as a grunt, I finally find myself in a position to change things for the better at my company. I've been tasked with making our benefits package as attractive as possible. Outside of direct compensation (which is already fairly high for the field), which of the following would you want most? -3-4 months paid parental leave (we currently have none) -Student loan repayment -Compressed work week (i.e, encouraging 4x10s and 3 days off per week as the standard) -More generous PTO allowances (either unlimited PTO or effectively doubling our measly existing time off structure) -Expanded access to telemedicine and improved mental health access Anything else? After a number of years as a grunt, I finally find myself in a position to change things for the better at my company. I've been tasked with making our benefits package as attractive as possible. Outside of direct compensation (which is already fairly high for the field), which of the following would you want most?

-3-4 months paid parental leave (we currently have none)
-Student loan repayment

-More generous PTO allowances (either unlimited PTO or effectively doubling our measly existing time off structure)
-Expanded access to telemedicine and improved mental health access

Anything else? This thread has been a tremendous eye-opener for me over the last year. As a newly minted manager I'd like to be part of the solution.
