Started this new job in March, and just got written up for not being “available” enough.
I do online trainings, and have 2-4 a week. Other than that, i have nothing to do. And I'm sure as shit not asking for more work. I've offered before and never had any takers.
I've worked remote for years with little to no oversight, and i don't appreciate this at all.
So guess who just bought a mouse jiggler, and will be taking Outlook and Teams off their phone and sending emails every time I leave my computer? No more logging in early or being as flexible and helpful either.
