My new landlord wants me out in 2 months, rents in the aea are $1000, and I was wondering if someone here could give me some advice. I'm looking to move out to Tennessee from Albany New York, this property i'm looking at purchasing is 5 miles outside kingsport. Is something like this a good move? The property taxes are very low, and it seems like a good fit, and even if I can't get any work the bills aren't very much, like it'd be a decade before i experienced any financial strain. Could some of you share your experiences in this regard?
