My advice: if you have had an awful experience as a customer or an employee, write a letter. Send it to management or post it online.

Don’t be ashamed to say that business owners or organizational leaders aren’t taking responsibility. It could be anonymous if needed. The last thing upper mgmt wants is for people to find out there’s big problems. And no, it’s not just the fault of lower level employees. Someone at the top has to oversee what’s going on.
