This literally just happened yesterday. I just started college yayy me. But the only annoyance I've had is my school/work schedule. My boss has been scheduling me over my classes which I can't miss. I've written her notes, emails, and we've even talked in person multiple times. But yet she still manages to mess it up. The last email I wrote was a detailed schedule of when and when I can't work. And yet nothing changes. So last night I finally talked to her one last time and she had the audacity to say all this was my fault for not communicating. I always thought she was a nice person but after that I lost all respect. The next time she messes up I'm not going to come into work that day. I should not be held responsible for her mistakes.
