My boss blames me for her mistake

I work as a bookkeeper for a small property management company. Basically, I keep accurate records of everything the business does. From taxes, to new tenants and property owners, to daily financial records. Two weeks ago, my boss took on 8 new properties. It was agreed that she would enter in the property information since she knew a lot about the properties. I would then enter in the tenant information as well as all of the funds we received from the transfer of the old property management company. I came into work the following Thursday, and she hadn't done any of the work she said she would do and was gone on vacation.

We had to have everything entered before the start of the month, and she would be gone until then. So, I had to enter all of the information in which I did accurately.

It turns out, these properties were supposed to be tied to a different bank account than our normal properties. She never told me this. Despite that fact, she still came down on me as if it was my fault. Changing over bank accounts in our system after they have been assigned is a HUGE hassle. I would have to do a full reconciliation in the system, yet she has always insisted we do our reconciliation separately because she thinks it's more accurate the way she does it.

So yeah, she blamed me for something she should have done to begin with. When I told her entering in the information wasn't supposed to be my responsibility anyway, and she didn't include the information that would have made this change clear, she said I should have called her to find out. I've entered countless properties over the years and never had to talk to her previously because we never used a different bank account for anything else before this.

I've been looking for a new job for quite some time. This is just a small fraction of the frustrations I get here, but where I live, it's very difficult to find a good job that isn't life draining.

Tldr: Boss agreed to do part of a job, and I would do the other part. She didn't do her part, left it up to me to figure out, and then blamed me for doing it wrong.
